The data controller is MOTOVELOCI SRL, represented by its pro tempore legal representative.

Data processing is carried out using procedures suitable to protect the confidentiality of the User and consists of their collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion, destruction, including the combination of two or more of the aforementioned activities.

In addition to purposes strictly connected, instrumental and necessary for the provision of the Service, data processing will also be aimed at:

a) collecting general and specific data and information on the User’s preferences and choices; sending information and commercial offers, including from third parties; sending advertising and informational material; carrying out commercial communications, including interactive ones; performing direct sales activities or placement of products or services; conducting studies and statistical research on sales, customers and other information, and possibly communicating the same to third parties; transferring collected and processed data to third parties for commercial purposes, including for sales or attempted sales, also outside the territory of the European Union, for all lawful commercial and/or statistical purposes. Participation in prize draws related to promotions and commercial initiatives.

b) communicating the data to companies that carry out functions strictly connected and instrumental to the operation of the Service and/or manage databases aimed at protecting credit risks, accessible also to third-party companies;

c) transferring the data to affiliated or controlled companies and/or to companies that perform functions strictly connected and instrumental to the operation of the Service, including outside the territory of the European Union.

The User’s consent to the processing of personal data is optional. In case of refusal of the processing of personal data referred to in letter a), processing will be limited to the full execution of obligations arising from the provision of the Service, as well as compliance with legal, regulatory and EU obligations. In case of refusal of the processing of personal data referred to in letters b) and c), the Company will not be able to provide the Service.

User data processing for the above purposes will mainly take place through automated and computerized methods, always in compliance with confidentiality and security rules established by law. Data will be stored for the legal terms at the registered office in Rimini, Via Portogallo no. 20, and processed by employees and/or professionals appointed by the Company, who carry out the aforementioned activities under its direct supervision and responsibility. To this end, the data communicated by the User may be transmitted to external subjects, including abroad, who carry out functions strictly connected and instrumental to the operation of the Service.

We also inform you that, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196, the Customer has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing, and may, in the manner and within the limits provided by current regulations, request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her, know their origin, receive intelligible communication thereof, obtain information on the logic, methods and purposes of the processing, request their updating, rectification, integration, request their deletion, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, and, more generally, exercise all the rights granted by applicable legal provisions.
